Q1.      How does Intelligent Backup Technology work? 
A1.      Intelligent Backup Technology works by recording changes made to the 
         HDD, thus it only requires a small amount of HDD space to operate. 

Q2.      Can I use Juzt-Reboot™ on my laptop? 
A2.      No, the Juzt-Reboot™ PCI card is for desktop PC`s only. However we
         hope to introduce a laptop version shortly.

Q3.      Is it easy to install? 
A3.      Yes. It is "Plug and Play".  

Q4.      Is there any limitation to the capacity of a hard drive supported?
A4.      No, there is no limits to the capacity of hard drive support.
    
Q5.      Can Juzt-Reboot™ support Windows operating systems?  
A5.      Yes, it supports Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP. Running filesystems
         - FAT16/ FAT32 / NTFS in "Instant Restoration Mode".

Q6.      Can Juzt-Reboot™ support Linux, Unix and BSD operating systems? 
A6.      Yes, under "Backup Restoration Mode" - which supports almost all 
         other known operating systems. Supports relevent filesystems.

Q7.      Is there going to be a Mac version of Juzt-Reboot™? 
A7.      We are considering the possibility of a Mac version in the future.

Q8.      Can Juzt-Reboot™ protect the BIOS/CMOS settings? 
A8.      Yes. It will automatically restore a good copy when any of the settings 
         are tampered or corrupted. 
  
Q9.      Why should I protect the BIOS/CMOS settings? 
A9.      If the BIOS/CMOS settings are corrupted, your computer may not start, 
         hang or behave abnormally. It may even crash your operating system or 
         corrupt your hard drive. 

Q10.     My computer already has an operating system and data areas installed. 
         Do I have to reinstall again if I use Juzt-Reboot™? 
A10.     No, "Express Installation" mode supports this type of setup and will 
         also, automatically pick up any additional data drives. 
 
Q11.     Can Juzt-Reboot™ support multiple Operating Systems?
A11.     upto 4 logical data drives for each, under "Advanced Installation". All
         individual operating sytems can be recovered or backed up independently
         of one another. 
 
Q12.     Can Juzt-Reboot™ coexist with integrated or "software" modems? 
A12.     Yes. There are no known conflicts. 
  
Q13.     Can Juzt-Reboot™ coexist with Anti Virus software? 
A13.     Yes, you can operate Juzt-Reboot™ combined with anti-virus software.

Q14.     Will Juzt-Reboot™ protect my software applications and data?
A14.     Yes, Juzt-Reboot™ protects all aspects of your hard drive including
         software applications/stored data/ operating system and BIOS/CMOS.
 
Q15.     What is "User mode"? 
A15.     "User mode" is the mode in which your PC is fully protected 
         whatever changes made (editing/deleting/moving/renaming files, 
         installing/upgrading/removing software etc.) are temporary and 
         won`t be permanent until you backup at intervals or restore/ wipe.
         Restoring the system requires you to press [CTRL+R]
         - Can be set on automatic restore every reboot/ day/ month. 
         Backup operation requires you to press [CTRL+B]
         
Q16.     What is "Supervisor Mode"?
A16.     "Supervisor mode" is usually for the computer user/ administrator or 
         manager.In this mode, whatever changes made (editing/deleting/moving/renaming 
         files, installing/upgrading/removing software, etc.) will be permanent.  
  
Q19.     There are other software only solutions in the market. What makes 
         Juzt-Reboot™ special and why does it require a hardware card? 
A19.     Software only solutions can easily be hacked and cannot offer any real 
         protection outside the operating system. The Juzt-Reboot™ hardware card
         can protect against such intrusion or corruption by intercepting them 
         outside the operating system or at the hardware level. 
 
Q20.     Why software only solutions cannot offer protection "outside the 
         operating system"? 
A20.     "Software only solutions" are specifically written for an operating 
         system. If the operating system is not running, then the "software only 
         solution" cannot operate. An example is the BIOS/CMOS settings which 
         excutes first before any operating system. 
  
Q21.     Can you assure me that Juzt-Reboot™'s password is secure? 
A21.     Yes. Juzt-Reboot™ also emphasizes on security. 
 
Q22.     Can someone FORMAT/FDISK the HDD under "User mode"? 
A22.     No. It is impossible even in real DOS mode. Even if someone tries, 
         "Juzt-Reboot™" and everything will be restored back to normal. 
  
Q23.     How can I reformat my HDD without removing Juzt-Reboot™? 
A23.     You can reformat your HDD by using Juzt-Reboot™ FDISK mode [Press F10] 
         in JR Menu. 
  
Q24.     Can Juzt-Reboot™ be upgraded? 
A24.     Yes. You can download the upgrades at Juzt-Reboot™ 's website 
         (http://www.juzt-reboot.com/technicalJuztReboot.htm).
